VIALATTEA // BARDO: TECHNICAL SNOWMAKING TESTS UNDERWAY

VIALATTEA // BARDO: TECHNICAL SNOWMAKING TESTS UNDERWAY

With the beginning of November, scheduled technical snowmaking tests are intensifying across all areas of the Vialattea // Bardo ski domain.

Following the commissioning of the water pumping stations supplying the storage reservoirs and the activation of the technical plant rooms, testing has now moved on to the snowmaking lines, with particular attention being paid to those that have recently been upgraded and enhanced. The first cold spells at the end of October and beginning of November enabled the first production tests, which lightly covered the meadows surrounding the snow generators with snow.

These are important preparations to ensure the entire system is fully operational and ready to support the upcoming winter season, which is set to begin on 5 December 2026.

All this comes just a few days before the end of the “Soft Promo” campaign for the Vialattea // Bardo season pass, which will expire on 8 November 2026. From 9 November 2026, the Vialattea // Bardo season pass will be available exclusively at the full price of €1,300.
