Bardo. kicks off the summer: from 28 June, activities open every day and a packed calendar of events
Summer gets into full swing in Bardonecchia. Starting on Saturday 28 June, the well-known tourist resort in the Upper Susa Valley will officially inaugurate the summer season with the daily opening of all its outdoor attractions, ready to welcome families, sports enthusiasts and mountain lovers.
The heart of the summer offer is concentrated among the woods and panoramas of the Conca: from the thrilling descents on the Alpine Coaster - the two-seater sleigh on rails that runs among the trees of Campo Smith - to the suspended adventures of the Adventure Park, from the trails on two wheels of the Bike Park served by the ski lifts, to the e-bike excursions and the typical flavours to be tasted in the restaurants at high altitude. A proposal designed to involve all ages, with activities open every day.
Opening hours:
- Alpine Coaster: from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Adventure Park: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Bike Park (lifts): 9:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- E-bike rental (Smith Field): 9:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- From 19 July: the return of the Bardo.Express, the super-train that takes you to discover the beauty of our resort
Bardo. What a spectacle!
Summer in Bardonecchia goes further with a rich calendar of cultural, musical and gastronomic events. Among the appointments not to be missed is the Borgate live concert featuring Malika Ayane on the Chesal stage on 29 July to combine great Italian music with an Alpine atmosphere. On 22 August, the Waikiki will host a gourmet evening dedicated to pizza of excellence, made with the flours of Mulino Val Susa. On 2 August, instead, the ‘Yogananda’ experience will take participants to experience a morning of yoga at an altitude of 1808 metres, guided by great professionals.
Space will also be given to taste and well-being with Bardo.Food. At the Pian del Sole restaurant, every Saturday from 2 August there will be evocative themed dinners at sunset, while Sunday will be Party Lunch time at Harald's, with music, tasty dishes and cocktails. And every Saturday for aperitifs, again at Harald's, the atmosphere will be turned on with DJ sets.
For those who want to rediscover the balance between body and mind, Bardo.Wellness. Starting on 13 July, Yoga and Pilates courses at altitude begin, a true immersion in the silence and beauty of the high mountains. Lastly, there is no shortage of proposals for bikers: the E-Bike Tour Experience is back with guided tours of the most fascinating places in the basin, ideal for honing your technique and experiencing the mountains on two wheels.
Summer in Bardonecchia is much more than a holiday: it is an invitation to experience sports, nature, taste, music and wellness in a unique setting in the Piedmont Alps.
