BARDONECCHIA 7 AND 8 MARCH, ‘M** BUN’ IN PIAN DEL SOLE WITH THE ‘VEN GIÙ BALENGU’ EVENT
The peaks of the Upper Susa Valley have always offered a wide gastronomic panorama of the most emblematic dishes of Alpine cuisine. On the slopes of Bardonecchia, culinary events are the order of the day, ready to tempt lovers of good food with typical local specialities and innovative dishes.
The Piedmontese tourist resort welcomes, in the heart of the Alps, an exceptional guest and trusted partner: “M** Bun”, the masters of hamburgers. They are true specialists in the art of good eating and undisputed promoters of quality.
On the weekend of 7 March, M** Bun will be stopping off at high altitude in front of the Pian del Sole restaurant in the Colomion ski area to satisfy skiers' palates with the most unusual event of the season: 'Ven giù balengu!
On Sunday 8 March, intrepid downhill skiers will be able to take part in a bizarre competition in the name of good taste, a fun competition on skis suitable for all ages, for adults and children alike. A challenge where not only fantastic prizes and a trophy signed “M** bun a sghijè” are up for grabs, but also a well-deserved reward: expertly prepared sandwiches.
