On January 28th, the Pian del Sole restaurant lit up the evening with a prestigious one-Michelin-star dinner.
The renowned starred chef 𝐒𝐭é𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐮𝐱, of the restaurant "Le Fantin Latour" in Grenoble, guided his guests on a sensory journey through the scents and flavors of dishes from beyond the Alps, with a selection of Champagnes and great French wines.
From an illuminated chairlift to a red carpet lying along enchanting snowy woods, from innovative gourmet dishes in perfect French style to the musical accompaniment of the great violinist Gérard Tempia.
