Success for the michelin star dinner with NORBERT NIEDERKOFLER at Chesal 1805


The signature menu by the chef contained a combination of mountain cuisine, indeed the main characteritics being Apline culture and tradition.

One hundred participants attended the Michelin star dinner in the mountains taking place on Saturday night in Bardonecchia at the mountain restaurant “Chesal 1805”. An exceptional Michelin star dinner, a unique signature Lavazza event delighted the palates of numerous guests with devout eno-gastronomic excellence from the mountain culture.

The menu, enjoyed by guests who were able to reserve a place at the event, contained a combination of components of the finest quality all of which were selected from the mountain and originating exclusively from producers in the Alpine area. These were accompanied with great and select Italian wines (the producers include CA’ D’OR, VITICOLTORI DI CALDARO, AGOSTINO PAVIA, DAMILANO and SERVETTI).

Lavazza coffee was the main protagonist of the evening, offered with desert to accompany the final course. To conclude the evening, a dessert created by the master of taste, Franco Ugetti, from Bardonecchia’s renowned Pasticceria who presented the Michelin star chef with a chocolate sculpture and delighted the guests with Alpine infused fresh chocolates.
