In Bardonecchia and the surrounding areas there’s an endless choice for mountain walkers: paths, mule tracks, military roads, from the valley to the top of the mountains, from 1300 metres to 3500 metres. The wide range of routes ensures that there’s something for everyone – from those wanting a pleasant stroll to the most expert mountain walkers.
Sunlit footpaths and paths through the woods lead to some of the most famous peaks of Bardonecchia and the High Val di Susa: the Guglia Rossa, the Val Fredda, the Tre Croci, the Sommeiller glacier, Mount Tabor and the peaks of Pierre Menue with plenty of opportunity to stop along the way in Alpine refuges and dairy points.
For those who like walking in a group there are also organized walking trips for all ages and tastes with expert guides. To download the description of the main routes click here.
